These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of fava (“fava,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to users who opt in to receive text messages from us.
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages from fava, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
fava may send you text messages related to your account and your use of the platform, including:
- Account verification and security messages
- Claim confirmations and redemption reminders
- Offer alerts and nearby restaurant promotions
- Platform updates and service-related notices
- Marketing and promotional messages, if you opt in to receive them
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent you from receiving transactional or service-related messages that are necessary for your account, your claimed offers, security, or your ongoing use of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Participating Carriers
Supported carriers may change without notice. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility

9. Privacy
Your use of the SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided to us, you agree to promptly update your account information or notify us so we can stop sending messages to that number.
11. Disclaimer of Delivery
Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by fava. We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
12. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued participation in our SMS program after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised SMS Terms.
